and Technologies) for Factor de Equilbrio’s clients
in Lisboa, including Banco Portugal, Banco Fomento Exterior,

Business Process Reengineering Concepts & Principles,
the use of Process Change Enablers and the use of a dynamic

Process Reengineering as they undertook a major transformation

USDA’s National Information Technology Center; also,
presented seminar on Business Process Reengineering within

Conducted four-day seminar on Business Process Reengineering,
addressing key Concepts and Principles, Process Change Enablers
and a Methodology for University of Colorado corporate clients,
including EDS, Storage Technology, and the DoD’s Data
Processing Center in Denver.

Developed and presented seminars on Knowledge Management;
Business Process Reengineering, Global Value Chain Management;
and Enterprise Architecture at numerous conferences, sponsored
by the Delphi Consulting Group from Boston.

Worked closely with the I.COM Group to develop their corporate
Strategic Plan and their Organizational Infrastructure. Helped
to facilitate their Strategic Planning Process and worked
with them in developing a Marketing Proposal to provide consulting
services for Vicorp and BNFL in the areas of Strategic Planning
and Information Systems.

Worked closely with Greenbar in assessing their internal
organizational environment and structure; help them to develop
a dynamic strategic plan; and consulted with them on information
technology projects with the Federal government.

Developed and presented seminars on "Enterprise Transformation:
Key to Success, an Effective Enterprise Architecture"
at several conferences, sponsored by Meta Group and Digital
Consulting Institute (DCI).

Worked closely with the Process Renewal Group and Information
Resource Management (London) to develop and implement the
first major European Conference on Business Process &
Knowledge Management, ; chaired a major "track"
on Process Management and Strategic Planning; presented a
half-day tutorial on "Planning, Process & People:
Dynamic Forces for the Successful Enterprise Transformation";
presented a seminar on "Unleashing Creative Genius for
Innovation and Learning"; and chaired a "Panel Discussion
on BPR Project Survivors – The Good, the Bad and the
Ugly".

Worked closely with the Process Renewal Group and Enterprise
Reengineering to develop and implement the 3rd Annual National
BPR Conference; also, presented half-day tutorial on "Managing
Risks of Reengineering To Achieve Enterprise Excellence".

Presented a workshop on "Innovative Organizational Change
Through Business Process Reengineering: Key Concepts, Change
Enablers and a Dynamic Methodology" and a seminar on
" Managing the Risks of Reengineering To Achieve Enterprise
Excellence for the 21st Century" at the SCI "World
Multiconference on Systemics, Cybernetics and Informatics
held in Caracas, Venezuela.

In conjunction with and sponsored by AFCEA, helped develop
and implement a regional conference on the Role & Effective
Use of Information Technology within the Federal Government.
